It's not awful. In fact, it's kind of good if you give it some other name than "pizza." Veggie round? Spinach patty? Lots of recipes around the web. The "crust" is just spinach, eggs and cheese.

    I feel the same way about cauliflower pizza. Only mine was cauliflower, eggs, and cheese. The spinach was on top with alfredo!

    YES!!! this would be a really good low carb recipe now I just need to figure out a low carb pizza sauce to make and use!!

    I love the Hormel 70 % less fat Turkey Pepperoni!!! and got my string cheese to use and it will melt easy!! :smile:
