    I agree CROSSFIT TONED ME UP IN LIKE 2 WEEKS. Best thing I've ever done. And it's actually sorta fun, like games and races. especially if you're competitive.

    Well, considering my approach... I can use something that will definitely give me a good sense of fulfillment. A little fun is always required when pursuing a lifestyle. Thank you for your insight @lauamy96
