I'm on day 3 as well. All in all it seems to be going well. I am not getting the rush of morning energy that all the websites are talking about though. Are you? It may be too early yet.v0

I work shifts so not normally up till 10am then my 8 hour eating window is 12-8 then fast for 16 hours so don't really notice any lack of energy in the 2 hours of waking to eating0

3.6lbs lost in 4 days not a bad start1

Day 2 for me. I added you1

This 16/8 thing is awesome. I have no problem holding off the first meal until about 14h or 15h. I don't even notice it.2

Only thing I have noticed is that I'm finding it hard to hit my 1500 calories. Last couple of days has been around the 1150 mark and I'm feeling full.0

Yeah same with me I work late shifts so not awake before 10am so I have my food between 12-8pm then fast from 8pm through till midday. Still counting calories and it's suits my lifestyle.0

Same here until my teenage self heard that you should tons of small meals throughout the day so I got used to that and this fasting thing was hard at first as a result. Now it's not bad. I actually really like it cuz I've always been one to enjoy eating in the evening.

So you don't eat after work? If you start fasting at 8pm, I'm guessing there would be about 6 hours of fasting before you go to sleep. That sounds pretty tough, I'd definitely be going to bed hungry at that point.0

No I work from 12-10pm so prob only about 4 hours fasting before bed then 2 or 3 after I wake before I get to eat.0

I just finished my first day and I am super stoked to keep it going! My biggest problem is reaching the amount of carbs I need! Lol1

No my 8hours to eat are midday to 8pm then fast from 8pm through till midday. Those 8 hours suit my work life balance perfectly. Good luck0 -

What do you mean reaching the amount of carbs you need? Are you doing 16/8 with keto?

On weekdays I essentially do 23/1. I only eat one big meal in the evenings. The weekends are another matter....0
