I don't want to eat my exercise calories back and it's annoying that on my diary, it automatically assumes I want to do that and shows up at the top. Do I have to become a premium member to get rid of it?

Why don't you want to eat them back? That's how MFP is designed to work.

Ignore them, don't log exercise, or put in exercise as 1 calorie. Or become a premium member.

This is assuming you calculated your calorie goal in a sensible manner and have a good reason to not want to eat them back. Obviously if you have an overly aggressive deficit because of ignoring vigorous exercise I'm not endorsing it.

I don't log my exercise for that reason.
