Hello my name is Jeremy. Wow that sounds so much like an addiction meeting. Well maybe that's appropriate, O have been addicted. Addicted to yo-yo diets and failed exercise programs. Well I am here to say no more. I am quitting! Good by yo-yo diets and hello to a new way of eating. Good by to failed exercise programs and hellos to a new lifestyle! 2017 is going to be my year.
