Hi I m new to the program need motivation from everybody if possible.I am 49 years old and have battles with my weight my entire life need help to keep this up if anyone wants to add me as a friend we can help each one to get to our goals

    Take a full-body profile picture today and then again each month. Save those photos and compare them as you progress along this journey.

    The drill is Eat Less Move More. This web site asked you to tell your age, gender, weight today, goal weight, and desired rate of loss. Most people make the mistake of choosing to desire losing 2 lb per week. That's a mistake, as it asks you to suddenly eat much less than your habitual consumption level. That's hard to do.
    I suggest that you revisit your settings and change your goal to a loss rate of 0.5 lb per week. The reason for this is that the web site then gives you a calorie allowance much closer to your habitual consumption level, which you can easily achieve. You may even find that you can become comfortable consuming food at the 2 lb loss per week rate.

    You can exercise, and exercise is good for you. Exercise is not required for weight loss.

    Visit the "Success Stories" section and take inspiration from the many who've lost weight and regained health by performing the drill.

    You have to take one day at a time, stay focused don't let a bad day ruin your success. Complete yourfood and drink diary everyday and honestly. Start exercise by walking even stepping on the spot if you cannot get out. Get mutually supportive friends and ensure you give support back. Follow all of the above and you will succeed be patient.
