Okay so originally I was going to post a little message on the first of January but of course a lovely dose of champagne was drank and I'm a complete light weight so I think you know what that meant. So of course I've mentioned before, I want to "eat more but eat clean" in 2017. However as I mentioned with my last post, I had my advent calendar chocolate every day in December. So I've made it a goal of mine to have one piece of chocolate in the morning after my breakfast just like in my advent calendar. This technique I decided to take on myself in order to help me with incorporating "naughty" foods back into my diet occasionally without feeling guilty. I have started eating more within the day and have actually started to eat with other people again. I know it's only been a few days into the year but every day counts. Thank you to all that have helped me with support and advice along the way. Happy New Year and I will try to keep posted on my progress ☺️ xox

Why call chocolate "naughty?" Can't it be a "treat" or an "extravagance" or even "necessary self-care" ? If it fits in your calorie goal, and you eat it mindfully, why not extricate that self-imposed negativity from your life
