NET Calories - HELP!!

Here goes...I can't figure out why ths is so difficult for me to understand. At the end of the day, what should my net say? Should I be close to my TDEE or my BMR? I am still trying to lose a few more pounds. I know I will have more questions. I exercise on a regular basis (running, spinning, etc...) and some days my net registers really low. I also use a fitbit so it incorporates calories adjustment as well.
