Hi my mame is Paul
Just new to calorie counting. All my life being fit and slim have never needed to worry. With the onset of 'middle age' however, staying fit and slim are harder than ever. I play football (soccer;) ) and cycle between 100 & 150 miles a week. I also do a physical job. Always tired and lacking energy.

So this drive is about getting it all back. Starting with correct nutrition and balanced diet to fuel my lifestyle, i hope to get back a shape to have more confidence in.
