2017 Daily Resolution Accountability

I have several Daily and Every Other Day resolutions for 2017. I am creating this to help keep myself accountable. I will post at least once a week to confess or brag. :smiley:

1. Clean my cat litter box daily
2. Take my vitamins daily
3. NO SODA EVER
4. Drink 3 bottles of water daily
5. Have Sex with my husband every other day
6. log my BASAL temp daily
7. log my food on MFP daily

Please list your daily or every other day resolutions for 2017 and check back in with me. I will be having a separate discussion for weekly, monthly, quarterly and once a year.

    Your list makes me laugh. I can relate to all but #6. I gave up soda last Friday. It wasn't a new year's resolution. I have relative who had made excuses for drinking soda while diabetic for years. I've heard myself make the same rationalization. Now she's in danger of losing her foot. Losing her foot. So, I'm done making the same rationalization. Water and coffee it is. Best wishes in your goals!

    Wow! My grandpa lost his foot before he died, and my uncle (his son) lost his whole leg two years ago. Good for you! Stick to it.

    5. Have Sex with my husband every other day - So far, 100% But might miss tonight due to him being sick.
    6. log my BASAL temp daily - So far, 100% AND it is looking textbook. Might have it this time! 16 more days of being elevated and we get to do a preg test. Otherwise, it shows everything is working as it should...so far.
    7. log my food on MFP daily - So far, 100%

    I am rocking 2017 so far!

    2. Take my vitamins daily - So far, 100%
    3. NO SODA EVER - So far, 100%
    4. Drink 3 bottles of water daily - So far, EXCEEDING 100%. At least 5 daily so far.
    5. Have Sex with my husband every other day - Missed one this weekend. We were both too tired from a 90 minute walk and house work.
    6. log my BASAL temp daily - So far, 100% AND it is looking textbook. Might have it this time! 12 more days of it being elevated and I take a pregnancy test!
    7. log my food on MFP daily - So far, 100%

    A few missed items, but not bad!

    1. Clean my cat litter box daily - Was out of town for a few days for business trip. Husband kinda took over. LOL I missed last night, but will be back to 100% starting today.
    2. Take my vitamins daily - So far, 100%
    3. NO SODA EVER - So far, 100%
    4. Drink 3 bottles of water daily - So far, EXCEEDING 100%. At least 5 daily so far.
    5. Have Sex with my husband every other day - Was out of town for business trip for a few day. Started my shark week, so call me lame, we will be waiting til that is over. Yuck.
    6. log my BASAL temp daily - So far, 100% AND it is looking textbook. Still need to lose a bit of weight to hope for pregnancy.
    7. log my food on MFP daily - So far, 100% Logging very honestly, no matter how embarrassing it might me. Really fell off the wagon while on my trip and last night. Back at it today and being good. Maybe too good, but so upset I gained 3 pounds back. I think that is why I have no appetite.

    6. log my BASAL temp daily - 100%
    7. log my food on MFP daily - 100%

    6 of 7 are 100%. The 80% is acceptable to me. Between being out of town, my monthly shark week and him being sick, I think we did rather well!

    3. NO SODA EVER - Had a few drinks when nothing else was available. But only enough to wet my mouth.
    4. Drink 3 bottles of water daily - 100%
    5. Have Sex with my husband every other day - more like 1 to 2 times a week.
