1. Walk a country block (4 miles) 2 days during the week (M-F)
2. Walk a country block 1 day during the weekend
3. Go to the gym to work out or swim 3 days a week
4. lose a pound a week
5. Weigh myself once a week
6. Put $50 in savings

Here are mine, what are yours?

You might also consider joining one of the challenges in the Challenges forum to help stay motivated with all the walking ...

    Like this one perhaps ...

    Update.

    1. Walk a country block (4 miles) 2 days during the week (M-F) - Did it this weekend, will do it this evening. Still a little muddy, so not taking a dog. Husband has to work at 2a, so probably going to be alone for this one. Well, me and my gun of course.
    2. Walk a country block 1 day during the weekend - Although there was ice on the trees, there was no wind and the weather was not terribly cold. We walked the whole thing. The mud made it more difficult, but that boosts my confidence that when it is dry it will be no problem at all. Lots of people stopped to ask if we needed a ride, guess we looked kind of silly out in the weather. LOL
    3. Go to the gym to work out or swim 3 days a week - Was a holiday yesterday, so did not waste the gas to drive to town to hit the gym, but I did get some major housework in, which is just as effective!
    4. lose a pound a week - Down 6 as of today. Still 5 weeks ahead of goal.
    5. Weigh myself once a week - Weigh on same scale every week, so missed Monday. Got on there today, and down a pound. Wont weigh again until Thursday next week due to business trip to San Antonio. But still within goal of once a week. :)
    8. Put $50 in savings - 100% and have not touched it!

    Update.

    1. Walk a country block (4 miles) 2 days during the week (M-F) - I have been out of town for a business trip, but I certainly walked the equivalent to this every single day. So I consider this 100%
    2. Walk a country block 1 day during the weekend - I have been out of town for a business trip, but I certainly walked the equivalent to this every single day. So I consider this 100%
    3. Go to the gym to work out or swim 3 days a week - Even thought I was out of town for a business trip, I had access to a gym. I regretfully chose not to go. I suck. :(
    4. lose a pound a week - I gained 3 back on my trip, but still on original goal. My original goal was to be 215 this week, and I am. Lost my head start. Sucks.
    5. Weigh myself once a week - Weigh on same scale every week, so missed Monday due to being out of town for a business trip. Did weight today, and am upset I am back up to 215 from 2012...but 100% for weighing weekly and still on goal for a pound a week loss.
    8. Put $50 in savings - Husband did not put in on Friday as instructed. LOL I will put 100 in tomorrow to bring this to 100%.

    Final January report.

    1. Walk a country block (4 miles) 2 days during the week (M-F) - 60%
    2. Walk a country block 1 day during the weekend - 90%
    3. Go to the gym to work out or swim 3 days a week - 90%
    4. lose a pound a week - 90%
    5. Put $50 in savings - 100%

4 out of 5 at 90% or better. The one 60% is acceptable to me because of weather and work.
