Wedding is in 3 months and I don't fit in my dress!

My wedding might as well be tomorrow. I've always struggled to keep my weight low as I'm a stress eater. I don't fit in my wedding dress! I have 2 months until alterations and at least 10lbs to lose

You can do it!! I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding and almost didn't fit. You need confidence and determination! That's what got me through.

How much do you know about basal metabolic, caloric deficit ? If you can reduce your maintenance calorie intake by 200 cals and walk on a treadmill for 45 min per day ( goal to burn 500cals) you should be able to atleast burn a minimum of 3500 cals per week. Which will get you very close to your goal.

Also in regards to stress eating ask your self this question--- does eating junk at the moment will get me closer to fitting in dress or further, 2nd question is, is my husband to be worth it for me to go through this hard work of losing weight?

Thank you everyone! In terms of cardio, I'm recovering from a knee injury so I can't do much at the gym :( I'm slowly getting back to it!

Do an upright exercise bike I basically don't have a knee cap from blowing out my knee years ago it is low impact that works if you really want to burn calories like no tomorrow do fasted cardio for 30 minutes on the exercise bike. So do it before eating or drinking anything in the morning.

It sucks but you will watch your body morph.

You're going to be fine!! 3 months is plenty of time, log everything, stay positive. Personally for me, focusing on more proteins/veggies helps but as long as your calories are in line you are going to be great!

10 lbs is totally doable- I thought you were going to say like 60 or 70 and that would have been ....problematic. You can do this!! Tape a picture of your lovely dress to your fridge as motivation to eat healthy!
