Need to lose around 56 pounds. Desperate need of help!!

Ok I've been battling losing weight for the past couple years. Like others I will go on a diet and workout 5 days a week and do good for awhile but then I stop. My main problem isn't because I get bored or don't want to do it. I have what they believe is SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) but their not sure which kind. Suppose to have a EP study done to find out if that's what it is. So with that being said I experience a lot of irregular heartbeats/palpitations and high heart rate while doing something as little as walking. Example my heart rate can easily get up to 130 just walking at 2.5mph. Anyways I've developed anxiety about it and have developed anxiety of working out. Sometimes when I workout my heart will palpitate and it will freak me out and the rest of my workout is ruined because my heart rate will shoot up and I can't get it to come back down. Doesn't happen every time. So basically I've went into a depression and have gained a good amount of weight. On top of the heart issue I also have Crohns and kidney problems.
I'm at my breaking point. I stepped on the scale last night and I weighed 196.2 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been in my life! I do carry a lot of the weight around my mid section.
I've got to do something. I'm wanting people's advice especially from ones that have heart issues. I feel like I need a good support group to help push me. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband and I own a business so I do a good amount of sitting throughout the day working on stuff for our business. I do have a treadmill. My doctor has cleared me on working out but I'm only allowed to do walking (for now).
I'm also an extremely picky eater. I'm a steak and potatos person lol. So any suggestions on good easy meals I can make would be helpful.
Any input would be great!
