Beginning on a new journey...

My name is Britney, and I'm a food addict. From the time I get up to the time I go to bed I think about food. I'm always snacking, always eating big meals, always feeling guilty...
Wait... that WAS me.. Over the past week my life has changed in a big way!!
I work at a doctor's office and the other MA's and I decided to change our lives by our eating styles! We weigh in on Tuesdays, and we've all set a goal weight.
With such a great accountability team, I know I can't go wrong!!
I've always been overweight, and I have a hard time imagining myself being smaller.. I'm excited to see where this journey will lead my friends and I!!

    Motivation, support and accountability from friends is definitely a huge help for me. Pair that with the daily calorie goal MFP gives you, plus a food scale so you can weigh and log everything you eat, and you'll be well on your way to reaching your goal weight. :)
