Tried losing weight a few times with mixed success but have always put back on anything I've lost.
Hoping that by mixing in regular exercise this time will help me get rid of it quicker and make me a healthier person too.
I enjoy cycling and now the end of winter is coming, I want to get back out there as I really enjoy it and want it to be a regular thing for me. I have a FitBit too so I have no excuse!
I just fall back into bad habits but this time I want to keep going until I get to where I want to be!
I'll browse the boards a while and look for inspiration. Good luck to you all!

You are the only one who can decide if this is the time to take it all the way! We all struggle with going up and down, somehow remembering how good we feel when we have lost some weight isn't enough motivation to keep going. I just returned 20 lbs heavier too.
Those habits that got me heavy in the first place are always the ones that take me down....
I like that you see the end of winter, I feel like it has just started here. Maybe because I had a week in Mexico in November and another in December...no warm vacations on the horizon now! boo!0 -
The end of winter is maybe just wishful thinking on my part!
I honestly think that as soon as I stop weighing, I put my head in the sand and bad habits return without me really noticing my weight creep up again. Which makes a 2lb gain turn into a 4lb gain etc
Definitely need to be in an exercise routine, hopefully buying a spare bike wheel today so that I can get use of my bike trainer at home.0
