Need help with calories and exercise?

Hi all.

Male, 25, 5'10", 210 pounds. My goal is 2200 calories a day but I tend to aim for 2000 for whatever reason. I usually get to around 1975 calories a day.

I could not decide if I was sedimentary, lightly active or moderate. I workout 3-4 times a week (sometimes only twice), and I do both lifting and jogging (I jog more intensely on leg day, less intense on arm and chest day).

I've been doing my diet for a week, and I never get completely full, just sort of content, and at times get really hungry especially during the time between lunch and dinner. I tend to chew gum to ignore the hunger, or I have a granola bar or apple.

Am I not eating enough calories? I was told that if you don't eat enough calories your body goes into starvation mode. Any help? Also any friends? Lol

Set your activity as sedentary and then log your exercise separately, which will increase your calorie allowance.
