Need some motivation!!!!

I keep falling off the wagon, so to speak. I am a sixty year old woman in reasonably good health, I sit almost 8 hours a day at a desk job, last year I exercised three times per week mixing it up, walking outside when weather permitted, exercising to Beach Body dvd's and Jillian Michaels dvd during bad weather...lost 15 lbs...I have to mix it up or I get bored with same routines...adjusted my diet, went down one dress size...my husband even noticed!!! Then we hit a stressful time at work...I stopped exercising because I was too stressed at end of day...weight came back quickly.
Well, once again I am going to establish a good routine, sick and tired of feeling sick and tired...and I know my lifestyle isn't healthy...anybody else going through the same stuff???
