weight training for 40 mins
1st meal: flat bread a lot (sour milk, self-raising flour), 1 egg, 1 energy bar, a bit roasted chicken, balls (green veggies, carrots, almond flour)
drinks: smoothies (tomato, blue berries, orange, watermelon)
