32, F, let's get our abs back!

I'm 32, female, 130 lbs.
I've been active all my life as a competitive athlete, but gained weight after a series of unfortunate injuries that left me out of commission for a bit over a year.
I want to get back to 120 lbs, find my abs again, build muscle and lose fat. But I need like minded people who want to show that being their 30's do not mean "a slowing metabolism", and that we can still kick butt!

I'm 36, female, also 130lbs. However, I'm only 5'1" so I'd like to loose at least 20lbs of fat. And build up muscle tone.
I'm not a competitive athlete, but I used to participate in marathon and triathlon regularly. This April I'm looking to return to marathon again. Starting training today.
I'd like to share healthy recipes and exercise plans and hold each other accountable for daily activities. Interested?0
