I have used MFP off and on for almost four years and am trying to STOP the yo-yo! When I first used MFP I lost 25lbs and ran my fist 5k in spring 2013!! 2017 I am not focused on dieting as I am focused on creating recipes and meals geared towards a healthier lifestyle!
2016 I had health and physical set backs that I want to overcome! So here is to a year of finding my strength again because I have added on 15 pounds due to that horrible year and am OVER it!
