1500 calorie a day diet

Hey guys how is everybody doing?? I just started this 1500 calories a day diet and so far i lost 4 pounds in 7 days. Any tip or suggetions on how to keep this diet for awhile?

Stop seeing it as a diet. It is how you should eat.
Eat any foods you like that come to less calories than you burn until you are at a healthy weight. Then eat the same amount of calories as you burn.
Try to eat a wide variety of fresh and whole foods then eat a little of what you fancy. Don't cut out any foods or food groups and work your calories weekly instead of daily. As an example, I am going all you can eat Chinese on the 8th. So I'll eat 50/100 calories under for a few days to allow me to eat more that day.
It needs to sustainable for the rest of your life. In life at times we want to go to BBQs or go on a night out. Just make it fit and don't stress the small stuff.1 -

That's what I'm on right now, and I managed to fit in some pizza and spaghetti for dinner last night (which I had been craving), so I'm not feeling deprived on it.1
