So I recently discovered the site Dietbet.com and it's a really cool concept and I would love to get a HUGE MFP community to do it!

DietBet is a game where you've got 4 weeks to lose 4% of your starting weight. To begin, everyone puts money into the pot (I was thinking $25). After four weeks, whoever's hit their 4% goal is a winner and splits the pot.

Trying to see if enough people would be interested to get a large pot! Spread the word!

It doesn't really look like a scam based on what I read on the website.

it is a well renowned and popular site that has a pretty good method of tracking the weight loss. A simple perusal of the website will tell you everything you want to know.

I've completed a Diet Bet activity in the past-with no money in the pot. The official weigh ins occur at home-they email you a code word to place next to your scale-take a picture and send it in at the beginning and end. You have deadlines to submit your beg/end weights. Pretty straightforward.
