I have about 80 lbs to lose, and my MFP intake is stated at 1440. Sometimes I feel so hungry! And I can separate from my bored/fatty girl hunger.. it is my body that is hungry! I know some may say.. Well eat more.. But I think I need to eat more filling foods. Any suggestions? Right now my day consists of egg whites, yogurts, fish, cottage cheese, perogies(yes carby but i love them are they aren't too bad), some laughing cow cheese, turkey bacon, and a random array of fruit and veggies. I do not feel like I am eating "bad" I use the term lightly. And I know I could eat more if I exercised. I'll be embarassingly honest and say I have been sticking to the food part 100% for 3 weeks and I am down 10.4 lbs. But exericse I have not yet done. I work from 7am until 6pm and I just feel like after dinner and my daughter's bedtime routine (enter 100 other things here) yadda yadda, I am just ready to plop on the couch. Excuses, yes. Honest, yes. I need a swift kick in the *kitten*

Your diary isn't open, so it can be hard to give specific suggestions, but it looks like you should be eating more fat and possibly more protein. Possibly more fiber-rich veggies. You would be amazed how much spinach you can eat for 50 calories (it's more spinach than you could possibly want). I'll often throw two or three cups of spinach with morningstar chick'n strips, mushrooms a little cheese and a measured amount of ranch dressing in a bowl and end up feeling stuffed. I'll also add pecans or walnuts if I want to up my fat intake for the day. Fat and protein can take a while to digest, so it helps keep you feeling full for longer, as will veggies with a lot of fiber. Hope that helps.
