Can't connect fit bit

Hi I have used this app in past and I had my fitbit connected now it won't connect it says it's connected but my steps and weight is at zero any help would be appreciated thanks

    I actually just fixed mine because I my steps being tracked with my phone which I never have lol So I changed it but I did it on a computer, I couldn't figure it out through the app

    Found out what was causing it not to connect looks like It was still connected to my old account so I deleted my old account now it works thanks everyone
