Beginner Looking for Help

I'm new on here I'm just starting my journey to get from 144 to 118.... and I'm really struggling with how to stay motivated when I look at how much time it'll take to get back to to where I was - it took me 2 years last time! - how did you get started and how do you stay motivated??

Pictures! I take pictures all the time. When I'm losing steam, I look back at how far I have come. By the time I hit my goal weight, I will have lost 117lbs total. More if you count the times along the way I slipped and gained. It helps, especially now when I'm up 16lbs at 11 weeks post partum to remember that I lost those 16lbs and more before, it will happen again.0
