After a knee injury it has been almost a year of bad eating, very little excercise and LOTS of excuses. I'm slowly working my way back with a food plan (day 5 yay!) and daily excercise. Anyone who would like to be friends or accountability partners is welcome
When I'm at my best I like to lift heavy things and hike with my family. I do quite a bit of HIIT and food is always a struggle for me.
What about you?

Plenty of my excuses were valid (mostly my kids) but I was able to overcome those obstacles for 5 years of fit & healthy before I tore my miniscus last year. The knee healed but my motivation didn't. I took the whole "new year" thing as a kickstart but this is by no means a resolution. Just a fresh start to my old dream. Thanks for adding me as a friend.0
