Just saying hello :)

Have had the app for a while and back using it properly to make sure I'm hitting the daily calories. While this is more a weight-loss orientated site/app, it's very useful for those trying to put on weight too. Surprisingly it's also hard work stuffing your face all day!

Great reading about how much weight people have lost and how happy they are archiving their goals. Determination, motivation and persistence are all the key... For any aspect of life ;)

In the gym pretty much every day, either weight training or cardio (Tabata). Frequently called "gym obsessed" but I spend as much time there in a week as some of my friends do sitting in front of the TV every night! It's a lifestyle I thoroughly enjoy and will continue to do so for a long, long time.
