Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, nuts, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, hummus & veggies, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, popcorn1

If you have about 320 calories. 2 light rye Crackers, top with 2 T Natural PB, 3 chopped dried plums, cinnamon. Sounds terrible but really good and extremely filling. From Dr. Phil's Book.0

Some of my non-fruit snacks/treats are:
- Low Calorie Crisps (or 'Chips' in the US) like Prawn Shells, Teddy Faces/ Pom Bear, Cheese Puffs
- Popcorn (Flavoured or Toffee)
- Low Calorie Biscuits like Rich Tea, Bourbon Creme, Oreo, Ginger Nuts,
- Cereal
- Granola Bars
- The Occasional Low Fat Yoghurt
- Small Cake portions (Mr Kipling, etc)
- Cake Bar
As you can see, i'm not a real clean eater0 -

You should try to eat quinces. It has lots of fiber and its really good for your metabolism. Taking fibers makes you feel like you are full.
And I dont know if you hear about WASA products. They have low saturated fats and its good for you too.0
