So I just did my first day of Slim in 6. Does anyone know how many calories you burn? Iw ant to add it to my exercise tracker, but it is not listed!
And wow! Ok so I did P90X a month ago and I had a hard time with the start it up of Slim in 6! Cardio is my arch nemesis!
