Healthy start: 30 Minute Morning

Let's see if anyone would like to join my 30 minute morning routine.
>It is 10 minutes of yoga poses, 10 minutes of body weight exercises (think HIIT) and 10 minutes of meditation.
>This challenge will help us to start our day on the right foot.
>Meditation is a great way to deal with stress (it doesn't have to be quiet to meditate).
>You can do this anytime, but in the morning it feels great and sets you up for a healthy day.
>If anyone wants to join but doesn't know where to start- just message me and I'll send you some links/ books that I use. I'd like for people to check in every day to keep each other motivated.
>To start please introduce yourself and the reason why you want to start your day this way! I look forward to hearing from you.
