Hi, I'm Kathy. I have about 100lbs to lose. I love to eat and hate to exercise. I hate veggies and seafood. This is gonna be interesting. Anyone else have the same issues?

    Even as a 9er fan, I hope the Raiders beat the Texans this weekend.

    Eat less than you burn. You don't need to exercise if you don't want to, but if you want to improve your health, it's recommended.

    Welcome to MFP! I'm in Houston also. I kinda have the same issues as I'm a picky eater who doesn't eat seafood, red meat, etc. You just have to get creative and find a way to make it work. Best of luck :)
