Hi all my name is Jeanette. I was on here before i weighed 230 and i got down to 177. Now im at my heaviest at 263 and i want to lose 117lbs!! Im determine to lose this weight and i will again. You can do this Jeannette and keep it off, day at a time but you need to stick with it and log everything honestly.
