1 can of low-sodium tuna mixed with 3-4 TB of sour cream(a sprinkle of Ms.Dash) on 3 plain Quaker rice cakes_it's really good

I buy the new Brunswick ones that are ready to eat (spicy thai, sundries tomatoes etc) that way I only add onions, peppers (hot and sweet).

I love mayo, especially home made (made with avocado oil), so I definitely love tuna with mayo salt and pepper. If I am low on calories, I will sub half the mayo for fat free Greek yogurt.

I use avocado, and I also chop up wasabi peas for a little crunch. It's awesome!!
