    Diet is for weight lose, exercise is for health.

    ETA; Weight loss isn't linear.

    Don't let yourself feel deprived. Find ways to incorporate pizza, donuts, whatever it is you love into the diet without going over your calories. If you're always eating foods you don't like, you'll eventually cave and figure it's too hard so why bother.
