    Hi I'm from 77084... Almost in Katy. I'm not a gym member though I mostly run and do bodyweight home workouts for now. Will start back on Insanity workouts soon. I was in the best shape of my life doing insanity! Best of luck! Feel free to add me I enjoy cheering people on.

    That's awesome I hit the gym in the mornings and insanity before bed. It's tough but it works

    Every insanity workout I keep telling myself "I can do anything for 60 sec" "I can do anything for 30sec" it's nice to beat your last numbers on the fit test though
