Anyone have any tips?

3 years ago my starting weight was 273 after 6 months of calorie counting (1500 per day) & walking I was at 210 - I lost 63 lbs. .... I stopped counting & walking and I am right back to 270 lbs - So my only advice is to keep the lifestyle you are doing forever. Make it a way of life not a diet. Good Luck ... I'm starting at square 1 again1

A way of life is correct. I lost 50lb slowly but surely. My biggest help was taking a walk as soon as I ate my dinner. I was at the dinner table with my gym shorts and sneakers on.0
