Hi I have a wedding to attend in September. I WILL fit into a size 12/14 dress. Any tips, support and recipes are welcome. I have at least a stone to loose.

    Eat at a deficit. Exercise 4-5 days a week. That's really all there is to it. MFP gives you the tools you need to log your food. Be accurate and truthful and stay within your goals. One stone is only 14 lbs right? So September is like at least 8+ months away or 32+ weeks.. 14/32 = .4375lbs, so set your goal at a half pound a week loss and you should hit your goal with room to spare.
