need motivation to loose baby fat

Hi ladies,
So I'm back again aftet having a baby recently. Health issues mean I can't exercise only supervised weekly physio sessions. So I want to concentrate on food intake.
Since having baby 3 months ago I have lost 1 stone 10 lbs (guessing most of that has been water retention etc) but now the weight loss has plateaud That was all without logging food. I'm hoping to get back on track by logging food now. Helpful tips would be most welcome as well as ladies to motivate me x
oh current weight is 15 stones 10 lbs and I want to get down to 12 stones at least

Pilates got rid of my baby belly after my son and daughter. I plan to incorporate that back into my exercise routine this time since it proved affective two other times. Good luck with your goals.1
