need motivation to loose baby fat

Hi ladies,

So I'm back again aftet having a baby recently. Health issues mean I can't exercise only supervised weekly physio sessions. So I want to concentrate on food intake.

Since having baby 3 months ago I have lost 1 stone 10 lbs (guessing most of that has been water retention etc) but now the weight loss has plateaud :( That was all without logging food. I'm hoping to get back on track by logging food now. Helpful tips would be most welcome as well as ladies to motivate me x

oh current weight is 15 stones 10 lbs and I want to get down to 12 stones at least >:)

    Pilates got rid of my baby belly after my son and daughter. I plan to incorporate that back into my exercise routine this time since it proved affective two other times. Good luck with your goals.
