10 pounds so far [PICS]

I have been on here for only three weeks so far and with careful food recording and exercise everyday I have lost 10 pounds. This is just a small success out of a bigger one, but I just wanted to share (I have about 25-35 pounds to go). The little changes really do make a difference in the long run! It is mostly in my midsection where you can see a difference.

I love this website and I am so thankful! I am glad I decided to change my eating habits around and get off the couch :)
