    Minnesota, good luck Milwaukee, I won,t get on a scale, if the calculations are right on calorie count, then I should be good. Then, when I feel good, I will go to the next step weigh and maintain.
    this is a life changer. I don't want the roller coaster life no more. Consistency feels good 5 months in MFP.
