Getting back off the juice?

Hey guys. I got food poisoning over the holidays and have been sick for almost 11 days now. (But mostly back to myself today) I have not done any workout or tracked food. I did not gain or lose weight during this time because of the involuntary throwing up lol. But my diet has been super bad mainly because I've been living off super calorically dense smoothies. Juice is a trigger food for me so I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get back on track tomorrow.
I also fainted one of the days I was sick and now my knee is super injured as well as my shoulder. Any excercise I can do that won't involve those. Thanks sooo much

Pre-log your meals for tomorrow. Then eat them. Chew them, specifically. Keep a smoothie in your day if you want.1

If the juice is a trigger, I would get any that you have left out of the house. I can't think of any exercises that you could do without your shoulder and knee, but walking, elliptical, or stationary bike might be low impact enough. Elsewise, would you be able to start your logging back and give your knee and shoulder another day to two to recoop?1

Okay thank you so much. I'm going to go throw it out. I live next to an organic juice bar and even though it's cold pressed and includes veggies it still makes me overeat and gain weight0
