I'm a massive music fan, got a pretty eclectic taste - my Dad is in a thrash metal band so I was bought up on things like Slayer and a bit of Iron Maiden, Metallica etc. I'm a pretty big Led Zep fan. But then I also love Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Florence and the Machine and loads more!1

Not too sure on genres, everyone seems to define them differently.
Most bands I listen to seem to be power metal or symphonic metal.
Nightwish, Sabaton, Epica, Sirenia, Sonata Arctica, Delain, Ne Oblivicaris etc
A few other bands and song from other genres2
