Old habits and recovery

I had been doing well with recovery from my eating disorder but lately I feel like I'm slipping back onto bad habits. I want to eat healthy but when I do I always end up restricting a lot of foods and it doesn't send my brain the right message. I'm trying to eat enough, most times I do. To those of you with similar experiences, what are some things that kept you going through recovery? How has recovery made your life happier to live?

It's hard! But it's okay for it to be hard, I've learnt that it'll always be a part of my life, just continue to try your hardest for keeping yourself well. Health and happiness is more important than seeing your ribs!! Allow a treat day every so often, and font beat yourself up
you'll be okay
