Hey everyone! I'm a week in to using MFP and over a month into this fitness journey, I started on December 1st. I'm currently 323 pounds and my ultimate goal is to reach 200 but I'm taking it one day and one pound at a time. If there's anyone else out there working to get out of the 300 club please add me and let's encourage and push each other. We can do this!
