A long ways to go still but it's truly amazing how far I've been able to come and I am just relieved that I've finally found what works for me. I know I will succeed to see a healthy weight, conceive a baby and grow our family and live happily. I have many down days still where it's hard to pick myself back up but I'm learning that if I just keep to it that slowly but surely I am winning this battle.
