Post holiday blues

I treated my husband and I to a before work leisurely breakfast. I pre tracked a half Benedict with fruit instead of potatoes and ordered a healthy salad with grilled chicken and dressing g in the side. Friday is date night so I packed healthy snacks for the work day. So far the day day was going well then I let work stress and pizza get in the way. Still I did not go totally over board at dinner. I was up a little today and started to feel sorry for myself. On top of that a family member re surfaced on fb. Long story but I refuse to get in to fb fights I just pray this person quits listening to so called friends and gets the needed help. I can no longer assist .

Ok today is a new day. Weight loss is just one component of good health. When I ate the pizza I felt all carbed out and my energy tanked. Praying for a better day
