Hi,
I'm 27
I've been trying to diet for several years but always quit, as I lost about 50 lbs but I've gained it all back, I have decided to make a change this year and stick to it I start Monday on several challenges, no sweets, walking, I also will start my whole journey full force on eating healthy and in home workouts, I'm excited for this so here's to losing and not gaining back. Any help on meal prep or encouragement is welcomed! Friend me
