Losing body fat

Ok... so I measure everything with my food scale do cardio 5 times a week, yoga 4 times a week and weight train 3 times a week. I've lost 15 pounds and am pretty close to what I'd like to weigh. I'm 5'4 128 pounds. I feel like I am skinny fat. I hate to lift heavy because it bothers my joints. My strength is more boot camp/PHA/circuit type workouts. I don't go the gym but use workout dvds. Cathe Friedrich and Kelly Coffey Meyer are my favorites. I usually run for my cardio. and go to a yoga studio. I'm not sure why I am still so flabby. I know that it's all CICO for weightloss but is it the same for fat loss? Sorry this is so wordy and all over the place but I wanted to give you some background to make it easier to answer.

Your muscle mass is low. You will probably want to start eating at maintenance or a slight surplus, cut the cardio down and work on weight training with proper form.0
