Have been a member on here for 5 years, successfully losing 25 lbs but now need to loose the 25 plus the 75 I didn't lose the first time. I know how to eat for my body successfully but need motivation for working out on my treadmill and to drink water. I am turning 54 this year and want to get healthier. I have a husband who can eat what ever he wants and is not very encouraging unless he is nagging me. Help.

    You can do this! You've lost 25 lbs before so we know you can do it again plus that 75! You've already proven that! This time you'll do it and show your husband how lucky he is to be married to you!
