Motivational Friends send/recieve support and knowledge

I'm around 220 at 5'10 looking to shred up and a current goal to lose 20 lbs before spring. I'm currently training intensely with weight lifting in the morning and insanity at night 5 days/week. It's a tough regimen but I hope there's someone out there determined as me!
